Announcement: Officially open registration for TikTok ad account service with refund feature


The new ad accounts with refund functionality have now been officially updated on the new system. You can register here agency.volecom.com to open a TikTok ad account with a refund feature in case the account gets suspended.


For customers currently using services on volecom.com who want to switch to the new system agency.volecom.com and manage both old and new accounts in one place, please message us directly for support and migration guidance.

New Announcement

We would like to inform our valued customers that after a period of working and negotiating with TikTok, TikTok has officially confirmed a new feature upgrade for TikTok ad accounts under Volecom.

We have now updated the system and will soon roll out a new structure with two types of accounts:

  1. Standard TikTok agency account: no fee, but if the account gets suspended, the remaining balance will be lost along with the account (this is the current type we are still providing).

  2. New TikTok agency account: starting from a 1% fee. If the account gets suspended, customers can transfer the remaining balance to a new account. You can scale with confidence without worrying about losing your funds.

For customers currently running TikTok ads who want to switch to the new system and choose a new ad account type, please turn off your campaigns, withdraw all remaining balance from your ad account to your Volecom wallet, then message us so we can assist with the transition.

(Note: This only applies to TikTok advertising customers. Facebook advertising will continue to operate on the current system as usual.)

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING META SYSTEM


Dear Valued Customers,


Currently, the Meta system is undergoing updates and a large-scale review process with a high level of strictness. During this period, we have observed that even simple actions such as changing account information (e.g., renaming) may be flagged as unusual behavior and can lead to immediate account disablement.


To ensure the safety of all advertising assets, we recommend temporarily limiting any account changes until Meta completes its update process.


The system is expected to stabilize within approximately 24 hours. During this time, some activities may be disrupted.


We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as the system returns to normal.

    Starting 18 December 2025, Volecom Agency officially supports VAT invoice requests for funds topped up on our website.


    • The invoice will be issued under the description: Marketing & Social Media Advertising Services.

    • This VAT invoice is valid and eligible for businesses to record as deductible expenses in accordance with applicable regulations.

    • An additional 8% fee will apply when requesting an invoice (VAT – value added tax).


    If you would like to request a VAT invoice, please follow the instructions during the top-up process or contact our support team for assistance.

Absolutely not. If you run ads that violate TikTok's policies and cause your account to be suspended, we will refuse to provide you with an ad account in the future. So please make sure to carefully read TikTok’s advertising policies before using the service.

Yes. Once your account is activated, you can add funds and start running ad campaigns immediately. You can also enable the Auto Top-up feature to avoid any interruption in your ads.

The processing time is typically 24–48 hours after you complete the registration. Early registrants will be prioritized.
